About Director

Born to teacher parents at Sonkatch, a small town in Dewas district, Mr. Heerendra Bagchi has always been fascinated by quality education and its deliverance. Since his school days he dreamt of contributing his bit in the field of quality education. After completing his schooling from Navodaya Vidyalayas, he went on to do his B. Sc. In Biology and then an MBA from IMS, DAVV.

After his MBA, he started his career in the field of Advertising and Public Relations with his first job in Bangalore with government of Karnataka. He could hardly work there for few months when he had to resign from the job because of his family responsibilities and come back to his home-town. Then he decided to pursue his career in his dream field i.e. education.

He started with his own Spoken English and Personality Development academy in Sonkatch and also served as a teacher in some schools. After his mother’s retirement in 2009, he decided to explore greater avenues and came to Indore and joined Lingua Franca Language Academy, Indore as a Managing Director.

Today he not only owns Lingua Franca Language Academy, which he took over in 2011, he has established it as the central India’s most sought after institute for Spoken English and Foreign Languages Training. He also owns two other prestigious brands in the field of computer education viz. Institute of Commerce and Management and Institute of Creativity and
Designing.

Teaching is his passion first and profession later. Having gained the trust of thousands of students and professionals alike, he dreams of taking the standards of education to a greater heights by imparting practical education.
